Side Actuator on Dyson 360 Vis Nav Robot

Love the Nav 360 but I have had to send it for repair when only a few weeks old due to the side actuator silicon being torn

just had it back for a couple of weeks and it is torn again

Looks like a possible design flaw

You cannot buy this part as a spare part at present and I do not want to return the machine again to Dyson for repair

Looks like a simple part to replace as there is a single screw holding the part on

Has Anyone else seen or had the same issue?

Best regards

Steve

Never seen this before. Seems like it gets stuck on something on your floor and ripped off. I would inspect your floor and or watch the robot move to see where this might happen.
