Another Disgruntled customer

I have the Dyson Supersonic™ Professional Edition hair dryer.  The 1st one I got stopped working within 9 months.  They replaced it with a new one.  Now the new one was sparking and caused the power to blow out in my house and we had to call an electrician.  I have been contacting Dyson since 6/26/24 to get the issue resolved and I keep being told another 7-10 days.  I asked for Supervisor twice.  The only way to get one is to refuse to hang up until they call you back.  Such a great call center they can’t transfer.  Each interaction takes 45 min to hour or more with no results.  I sent the broken on back 3 weeks ago and today I am told at least another week.  This is not the only Dyson product I own, but I will never buy another one as we look at a robotic vacuum & mop we will find another brand.  The fact that the quality is so poor at premium prices is just terrible and then add the poor service on top of that.
