I have been a loyal Dyson customer for several years. Not any more. The customer service operations are a disgrace. Currently Dyson has c£700 of my money held and no sign of a refund. I have been waiting 2 weeks despite several calls for a customer service manager to ring me back : nothing.  When ordering  on line don’t expect any acknowledgement of any issues if you need to return items Dyson just don’t bother . They literally do not know how to manage a compliant. So I’m leaving the community now I have said my piece, basically don’t buy a Dyson as you can’t rely on anyone to resolve any issues
