I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the appalling customer service and quality of Dyson products. I bought my first Dyson product, my airwrap, on my birthday. It was a huge purchase for me. After months of use, it broke with no real explanation. I cared for it as instructed but in the end, put it down to it being potentially a one-off faulty machine. Dyson replaced it after informing me it could not be repaired. In a matter of months, the new machine then broke with exactly the same issues. After having parted with £500, I was shocked that these machines clearly aren’t fit for purpose. I have lost my patience with the airwrap and have requested a refund, not another machine as Dyson have been trying to say is my only option. I don’t want a THIRD machine, I want my hard earned money back. I just had my third phone call on this issue with the Dyson customer service staff. The first lady didn’t seem to understand my query. The second man promised me a refund and a call back - of which I never received! - and the third man was utterly rude and made me feel very upset, suggesting that I hadn’t given the correct information which was why I had been promised a refund!!! Is this the customer service a well-known brand like Dyson provides? This is supposed to be a high end, luxury machine sold by a company with a supposedly good reputation. I am exasperated and deeply upset by this ongoing saga. I strongly urge anyone considering to spend their money on an airwrap not to bother. And Dyson, I really hope to hear from you. Customer number: 41428650

I have experienced the same thing As disappointedcustomer100.

I purchased my first Dyson air wrap for my 30 year wedding anniversary. Within three months it stopped working. I called Dyson And after explaining what happened that the air wrap just shut off and stopped working. I don’t use it enough to warrant it to shut off and stop working. After several calls and many hours on the phone, they agreed to send me a second one . Today is October 3, 2024 after 3 1/2 months, the machine has done the same thing as the previous one sent. I was on the phone with customer service telling them I can’t deal with this again. I spent too much money for the machine to have such a bad quality is this I do not recommend this as it is worthless. I have fine Hair so it’s not like if I am using it for a long period of time . I do not trust the machine and don’t want a third one being sent to me.  I own two Dyson fans, two Dyson vacuums and they were great and I’ve had them for years . I am a very clean and meticulous person and really take care of my stuff. I would really like to know how many people are truly experiencing this problem because maybe we should all get together and do a class action lawsuit. I would like a reply from Dyson as the customer service guy that I was speaking to coincidentally hung up when I asked to speak to a manager.
