Help! I received my Dyson Airwrap i.d. today and as I was trying to add the device to the MyDyson app, it continually said the serial number to my device was not compatible with the app. How is this possible? The entire point of the new airwrap was to utilize the app and Bluetooth software. Customer service claims they don’t know how to help me - it’s extremely frustrating that I paid over $650 for a brand new device (that doesn’t work) and customer service just shrugs their shoulders. Anyone else dealing with this issue??
