I have the ceramic pink Dyson airwrap which got stolen along with the smoothing brush and coanda smoothing statement when on holiday. I’m looking to replace these parts, I have called Dyson uk and contacted them on the website and none of them understand me and ask to troubleshoot my machine (even though I have said multiple times it has been stolen). Is there a British person I can speak to about this to purchase the replacements.
it’s literally so unnecessarily difficult to talk to them.
