I have been struggling to find answers to my questions and Dyson customer service has been of no use. Dyson really need to do something about this!
My Question: As per their website information Dyson corrale is universal voltage. I bought my device in USA and I want to use it in India. Has anyone any experience related to that?
The dyson customer service said that they don’t recommend using the dyson corrale in other country but the website says it is universal voltage. I have been very confused!

The customer care people said that they don’t recommend it, have you heard any issues related to that? I am doing my research before buying, in simple terms if on the website it says it has universal adapter then it should create no problem but customer care people are advising me otherwise. What do you think?
