Hi all
Hoping someone can help me, I have had my straighteners for a couple years, but not used much. I recently went to use them, and the charging dock isn’t working. The charging cable when plugged directly into the straighteners works fine, but when plugged into the charging station/dock it doesn't work or charge. I have tried cleaning any debris out, which hasn't worked. I am also now out of warranty. I would be grateful for any suggestion.

If the magnetic charger cable and your Dyson Corrale™ straightener are both working as expected, it does sound like the charging dock which may be at fault.
Outside of your Dyson guarantee, you can order a replacement dock by visiting Dyson.com, clicking Support and speaking with the Dyson Customer Care team in your region. They’ll be happy to help process your order.
