I have been liking Dyson alot for its brand and also its product. However today my Dyson hair just broke without notice. It was working perfectly fine but today it just stop blowing hot air. When I contact customer service they told me that they only way I can get this problem solve is to ship this item to the repair center. However they are not able to provide this kind of support and as customer I will need to do this myself??? I have never seen a brand that requires its customer to contact its repair and this item is not cheap. I am willing to pay to repair but it just broke without notice and this atfersale service is making me unwilling to ever again purchase any product from the brand.
