My hairdryer has stopped working. When I turn it on the left side three buttons all light up and flash. I have tried cleaning filter and the dryer is not over heated. What can I do to fix it?

When I am using the Dyson Supersonic Nural™️ , I would like to change the attachment. Should I turn it off before I take away the attachment or i can keep the hair dryer on to change it . Which approach is good for the machine ?
