help needed!!

I’ve had my Dyson Airwrap for exactly two years now and it has had no issues whatsoever

recently it has started blinking red light n then it turns off 

ive properly cleansed the filter and I’m sure there’s no issue with the voltage 

it works for a around two mins then it closes again 

what should I do?

In the first instance, we’d recommend following our troubleshooting guide to ensure you’ve ruled out the basic issues which can cause your Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler not to work as intended:

 

As it sounds like you’ve already run through some troubleshooting, we'll need our Customer Care experts to take you through some further troubleshooting checks when you have your machine easily to hand. If a replacement part or a repair is needed, they’ll be able to discuss your options with you.
