Heya! Oh Gosh!
Healthy hair is tied so so much more than just the product you’re using! Diet, weather and health, through to the shampoo and conditioner all play a pinnacle part! Plenty of hydration, supplements containing oils and a moisture rich condition are a good place to start with recovery! Avoid bleaching or overheating the hair.
Removing split ends regularly can help with more growth! Cutting the hair is the only real true way to remove the dead/damaged parts.
