Can I use my UK-model Corrale straighteners in the USA? Are there any electrical current issues people are aware of? Given the straighteners have a Flight Safe mode, I assume they can be used in different electrical environments, but thought it best to check.

Nope. You’ll be fine. It’s battery powered, so you won’t have an issue with using it. Think of it like your mobile phone, that charges wherever you are in the world. Voltage is only really an issue when you think of mains powered items with an internal plug.
