I ordered four items from Dyson hair care range and two have been delivered successfully. The other two items have not turned up annd apparently they are at my local post office. I have no card … I have rung several times and been promised replacements and now I have to drive down the motorway for an hour to collect them  from Exeter. How is this local how can I get the parcel without a card 

on Tuesday last I was promised  replacements within 23 hours well that was a lie …. Apparently tonight it is up to me to sort this out … and apparently I am rude and have been warned and am threatening. I am a small lady with spaniels trying to get my order to my house 

Dyson if you read this you are so rude, you lie and do not follow through on what you said  I cannot drive to Exeter as it is why too far …. Just send me the goods  really really annoyed and frustrated will be writing a letter of compliant  on Monday 

is there anything else I can do ….

I brought a floor lamp for over £600 as an investment to stop buying different lamps and bulbs. It lasted a few weeks and then stopped working

i I reported this to dyson and they promised a replacement. It unfortunately they brought a desk lamp and took away from floor lamp

i contacted them immediately and they promised it would be two weeks for  the right lamp to be received. …… nothing …. I rang to follow up ….. was told my lamp was not a floor lamp …. Told them this was not correct and  eventually they agreed as they got confused as I have apparently several accounts on their system … they then priomiawd it would be two weeks

on the call today I was told I had to ring in two weeks and place a new order. Why I have already paid I just want my light. I was then promised two weeks as from today …. I do not believe anything they say anymore 

any recommendations on how to get this sorted out
