Poor customer service

I have been trying to purchase a diffuser for my hairdryer since January. It said out of stock online so I called to see if there was anything I could do. I was advised there was a grey one in stock and ordered it. Received an email cancelling order a few days later as item out of stock. I emailed to show my disappointment and was then told that a new order had been placed and was FOC. This not cancelled but my delivery arrived in the form of a vacuum wand. I called again to be told that another order was being placed and to keep or dispose of the wand. The next  order was cancelled item out of stock and I then left a review that resulted in another email placing the order again and FOC.

this was on 26th February and three phone calls last week chasing resulted in meteor people escalating my case. With no response to either another phone call this morning resulted in a very uninterested individual telling me they couldn’t do anything but escalate again…

With such a premium price tag you would expect this company to provide a better service… I am now left being unable to do anything else according to the last call. Wish I had not bothered to pay the extra now 😡
