I have been a long time loyal customer of Dyson hair care technology. I’ve been using the supersonic professional dryer for the past 7 to 8 years. I bought the newer model maybe a year ago and it just stopped blowing hot air.
My first dealings with support promised a swift Return/exchange however they were out of stock. I’ve since then, spoken with three different people on separate occasions and have been told three separate things.
I am struggling to perform the quality of work that I’m used to giving my clients.
I’ve also had to spend money on a subpar replacement dryer.
Does anyone know what’s actually going on? I feel like there’s more to the story here… the filter definitely seemed like it was going to be an issue with this model.
Honesty and transparency would be appreciated as we’re (sounded like there are a lot of professionals in the same boat) stuck here, waiting in the dark.
