I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card today since I had to put in a second request for a refund for a product that never arrived in January. My first request was 1/30. The scripted chat is less than helpful and the agent told me I had to wait another 5-7 business days for my refund to be approved. Correction...my second refund request to be approved. What?!? I’m not sure I will purchase directly from Dyson again.
