Very disappointed in your costumer service I have reached out through your virtual assistant and phone calls since June 10th 2024 it is now August 26 2024. I had purchased a Dyson styler with attachments in December come June the hair dryer stops working after several phone call of trying to fix it Dyson tells me here is a prepaid label ship it back and we will take care of it. I have contacted Dyson every week since and every time its we will get back to you I have all the recites and confirmation from UPS that Dyson has received the machine in the mail. This is not a cheap item $599 please do right by a loyal costumer and help me out I don’t have money to just throw away Ive also asked just send me back the broken item I will find someone to help me fix it as of now I have nothing. My next step would to file a complaint with the BB or with my credit card help a girl out .
