My Dyson AirWrap stopped working while under warranty. It's taken at least 3 prolonged phone calls and over a month to get a replacement and it's still not even shipped yet. This is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive product that broke in the first year after purchase. I've tried emailing my complaint and haven't gotten any responses.  A several step process taking over a month to get a replacement for something that shouldn't have broken in the first place is absolutely ridiculous. Does anyone have experience in expediting the warranty process because I still have yet to receive a replacement?
