It’s a hobby fixing stuff during the winterholidays.
I replaced the battery because old one was dead.
vacuumcleaner is working, but without activating the DC45, the brushbar spins as soon as I connect it to the DC45.
the pins are constantly supplying 24v.
Do I have a problem with the circuitboard?
regards,
Jeroen

Hi @Jerommeke1964,
Welcome to the Dyson Community - thanks for letting us know about this.
It does sound like an internal electronic component has failed within your Dyson DC45 vacuum.
Due to the age of this machine, we’re no longer able to support it with spare parts and servicing, so you may want to try looking for a main body from other online spares retailers, or considering upgrading to some newer technology.
