Hi, i have ordered V10 on 4th of Jan 2025 (it was saying that the next day delivery). then, I have received an email on 6th of Jan from Dyson team saying that since the product that i have ordered was out of stock they are upgrading it to V11 as a favor and it will be delivered on 7th of Jan 2025. Since it was not also delivered on time i tried to communicate to customer service by chat. the person there is not responding for 20 minutes and then texting something and if i do not respond it in few minutes leaves the chat again, horrible experience. then I called the customer service and they have told me that they have cancelled my order! however today (8th of Jan 2025) I already received an email from Dyson notifying me that my order is on the way. I explained the topic but i could not get a proper answer. This approach is very unprofessional and not matching with your high level brand marketing. This is like you are making fun with people. Also at the same time there were some discounts in other marketplaces and I missed them as well since i thought that i bought this one. I would appreciate if you support to fix this issue.
