I have a V8 cordless vacuum and the bin is jammed I can't lift the red lever it's jammed.

Given the bin lid that is jammed, this is something we understand can be frustrating, in most cases if the bin has never been removed , I recommend just adding some force. The reason this may happen could be that bin is misaligned so the video below should give better visuals in getting it resolved.
