Hello everyone,
I am new here, unfortunatly because I have a problem with V12.
I got it from my brother few weeks earlier (couple of years old), it worked great and now when I press power I have this but nothing else. It won't start.
Does anyone maybe know what is a problem?
I don't have experience with Dyson.

I have never seen that before. Unfortunately I would say the best option would be to contact Dyson support and have them send you a new one or return it to where it was purchased.
