After battling with a wash G1 (bought directly from Dyson), Dyson said I needed to return the G1 for a replacement.
The G1 was collected, but no details of the replacement.
I have on many occasions emailed a reply to my support ticket but no replies.
Today after a 28 min call I was hung up on while the support person was “investigating”
I am disappointed in the lack of support and communication.
What are my options? PayPal dispute for a refund?
Any other suggestions would be welcome.
