My $1200 Dyson V15 started playing up after just 1 month of use. Contacted customer service with the trigger issue.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive the email with the label.
Once we receive your machine at our warehouse, it will take 1-2 business days for inspection. Following the inspection, we will ship a new exchange machine. The entire exchange process typically takes up to 15 business days. Once the new machine is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Never received any email from them since. No response to my emails at all
Wednesday 25 March eventually received label after phone call
Mailed to Dyson Thursday 26:
Confirmed purolator Delivery Date at their warehouse
Mon. Mar. 3, 2025 9:42 a.m
Called 5th March 2025 to see about my return
Dyson have received vacuum but not confirmed by warehouse
Have to wait for authorization from warehouse: 24 - 72 hours!!!!
Heard NOTHING

Still have not scanned - another 72 hours!

Exactly the same response. Have to wait 24 - 72 hours
But still told I am valued customer and that this is iconic customer service.
Word of advice Do not buy Dyson or if you must buy from Costco who will exchange without a quible
