I purchased my dyson V8 in October 18th 2023.
In February my vacuum stopped working so I called dyson costumer service, everything went well they sent me a label to my email to send out my vacuum. I sent it over at UPS in February 5th of 2024.
Then I was supposed to get a replacement and i never did. Somehow dyson sent it to a wrong address and I've been dealing with it since February. I've called every 10 days and wait and wait and nothing happens. I haven't gotten my vacuum and I don't get any response from costumer service. Last time I got a called from "manager Ada" and did nothing.
I just want the vacuum I sent in February that I paid for! I'm not asking for nothing else. I have the emails from dyson costumer service and from UPS!
I need my Vacuum!! I've been 9 months waiting for it.
