Can someone identify this vac? I can’t because it has a replacement battery so cant find model number. the replacement never worked so finally getting around to buying new battery if I only knew which one. Thank goodness for this site!

We should be able to help - a clear photo of your machine would be really useful, as without the serial number this would be the simplest way of identifying your Dyson vacuum.
You should be able to find the original serial number on the User guide included with the machine. If you registered your purchase via the Dyson website or in the MyDyson
app, you should also be able to find the serial number there.
