I need new filters for my 2 Outsize Machines. It is very frustrating that I have been waiting for them to come in stock for almost 2 years. Now my filters are failing. What options have people found when they are lost, broken or clogged? 

I have contacted customer service twice and both times they just stop communicating on chat because they can’t help me find a replacement. 

I intend to pay for 2 filters but there aren’t any to be purchased. But new vacuums are  placed into service.

Let me know if there is an option.
