My V8 Animal battery needs replacing. I ordered one from you ,but had to return it as it didn’t fit.
I was told that you had no other battery available?
so I went on line typed in my serial number from the bottom of the battery, to be told it doesn’t exist?.
The serial number is ; F7W-UK-NMV9133A
please can you help.

As you’ve been unable to enter the serial number, I’d suggest using the ‘Spare Part Purchase Journey’ detailed in this article - How to: Order spare parts and accessories.
Alternatively, follow this link, Support | Cordless vacuum cleaners | Dyson selecting V8 from the on-screen options and selecting the variant type. Once you have, choose ‘Spare parts and accessories’ from the next screen and proceed through to purchase the correct part.
