I is my 3rd Dyson Vacuum and I need to say the Dyson V11 is the reason for never buying again at Dyson. After 6 month it stopped working and it took nearly 3 month to get the spare parts under warranty. And now again the same defect. vacuum starts and stops immediately.

It’s getting worse: after 90 min at a chat with a Service employee just sending useless phrases, he told me spare part out of stock. 

Is there any way to find a solution to get the part.

Update. The 3rd Service agent surprisingly was able to find the part and shipped it out.

Let’s see what happens.
