I have a v10 whereby the light kept on showing even after cleaning the filter. I have brought a new filter however it is still showing with the filter light flashing. What could be the issue?

This sounds like an unusual issue - if washing and even replacing the filter has not resolved the issue, it sounds like the issue may lie with the Main body assembly.
