V11 Animal saying airway blocked

I have a Dyson V11 animal cordless and it says that the airway is blocked even though it isnt. I have cleaned the machine, checked for blockages and changed the filter. What else can i try?

It sounds like you’ve already tried the initial troubleshooting checks we’d normally recommend. Generally, checking for and removing any blockages from the floor tool, wand or bin inlet, and thoroughly washing and air drying the filter, should resolve this issue:
