Warranty Inquiry: Broken Wand for Dyson Gen5detect

I purchased the following product, and I believe the wand has broken within the warranty period (photo attached). I logged into my account and tried to confirm the parts, but nothing appears under "Wands." Does this mean I won’t be able to receive warranty service?

Product: Dyson Gen5detect
Warranty Period: 24 months
