So returned my Dyson on 7th May as it stopped working. 8 phone calls later, endless promises and total confusion over my replacement- still no Dyson. I give up. Never again and furthermore will picket and plot to ensure a Dyson product is never again purchased by anyone I know. 
Beyond angry.
