I am so annoyed today at the service I have received from Dyson. My 2 year old upright vacuum cleaner sounds like it is about to explode. I have called Dyson and they say they need to send it for repairs. They will have the item for 10 days when they collect it. The issue is they won’t collect it without a box. Where am I suppose to get a box the size of a Dyson upright? It’s ridiculous.
