confirming connection step 3


Similar problem with the Dyson 360 Eye connection with MyDyson app failed but its for the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ Formaldehyde purifying fan heater (Nickel/Gold)

I’ve moved the device til its almost sitting on the modem and no I’ve not reset the modem as its working just fine for every other device including the apps on my phone.

Slow connection speed?? I think not baby puppy

@prezent Thanks for your post. The first thing I would try is: Fully powering off your modem and router -  then uninstall and reinstall the Dyson App.

@adam that does not work. I have the same issue. None of my 6 dyson fans can connect to my dyson app anymore. And all dyson has as a solution is to restart the modem. It’s not the modem, it’s Dyson.

@designfanatic88 ​@prezent  Did you end up getting this resolved by any chance? I’m having trouble connecting as well, and I’ve been trying to get through to someone who can help for a month.

Unfortunately I have no fixed the issue. I’ve completely given up on it. 2 of my PH02 have no internet connection whatsoever. Nothing I do or tried has worked.

My app is now working, alas I didn’t actually do anything out of the box I may have re-installed the app and I have had an upgrade of my wifi which has a stronger signal which may have meant the connection was more stable.  
The problem with trying to give you a solution is that for me I couldn’t get the app to connect and tried everything, gave up completely then one day logged back into the app and it just connected.  Somewhat frustrating to be sure, but in saying that I hardly ever use to the app except to change the schedule for when the fan turns on and off ( I have it set to run whilst I sleep the keep the air circulation) 

Sorry can’t be of much help to y’all but l feel your pain and frustration
