Hi, I’m seeking assistance with my Dyson Pure Cool™ DP-04 (White/Silver). The "999" display is showing on the screen. I replaced the filter in January 2025 and have thoroughly cleaned the machine, including vacuuming the sensor, unplugging it, and rotating the fan. Despite all these efforts, the "999" display remains.
This issue has occurred in the past, and following the same steps previously resolved it. However, this time, nothing seems to work. Is there any advice on how to fix this, or is it time to consider buying a new unit? If purchasing a new one is necessary, does anyone know of any available discount codes? Additionally, what would be the best way to dispose of this machine responsibly?
