I have owned many Dyson products and have owned the air cleaner HP04 for 3-4 years. Have loved the machine and app but when it comes to getting troubleshooting help from someone other than a chatbot, forget it.
The sensors (2) are not functioning correctly on the unit as I have tried everything from hard resets, to claeaning/vacuuming the ports and filters, etc. It’s to no avail. Tried al day to get with customer service, denied.
