my HP03 isn’t working properly

The normal function works fine but the heater doesn’t work and it has to be unplugged a significant amount of time and the time it takes to shut off is less than 10 minutes probably less than five also it randomly sets itself to 25° heating

Hi ​@Sol521t3o,

If your Dyson heater purifier shows either a flashing or solid ‘E’ on the LCD display, please unplug your machine for 30 seconds, then reconnect it to the power supply.

  • Make sure it’s plugged directly into a wall socket, and not into an extension lead/power strip.
  • Make sure the plug is fully and securely inserted into the socket, as an intermittent power connection can trigger an error.

This should resolve the issue, but if not please visit Dyson.com and click Support to get in touch with the right Dyson Customer Care team for further help.

Also recently had a solid E and a flashing red ring around the power button from looking at the manual I would assume that basically means it’s broken
