Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my Dyson VCH601, which operates intermittently before shutting off.
If I do not close the waste collection flap, the vacuum works perfectly. However, as soon as the flap is closed, it starts to function erratically, the indicator light on the tube flashes white, and the device stops.
I have tried cleaning the compartment, but it has not resolved the issue.
Do you have a solution to help fix this problem?
