v10 animal cutting out - new battery, new filter and no blockage. Any ideas?


Hi all,

Our v10 animal just started cutting out around one month after a new battery (Dyson original) was installed. We have put a brand new filter on and ensured there are no blockages anywhere. There is a slight crimp in the upper seal (close to the batter unit) on the cylinder - could this be causing an issue?

Hi there @LifeofRiley is there is any defective or openings around the seals this will cause the machine to shut down.

No. The device now has a new battery, new filter, new trigger and a new bin, but it still isn’t working!
