The Presentation case for the Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer may not be available to order separately in every market yet. 

Please can you let us know which country you’re based in so we can point you to the right section of your local Dyson website to check?

I talked to support yesterday and he said Dyson Supersonic r™ presentation case will fit Nural 🫣

Thanks for your reply - unfortunately this is not correct.

The Dyson Supersonic r™ hair dryer is a new format of Dyson hair dryer, with it's own Presentation case to accommodate the new machine and accessories shapes. The Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer and its accessories will not fit as intended.

ohh I was about to order it 😔 So there is no way for me😭

At this time, there isn’t a local retailer we can recommend for sourcing a suitable Presentation case from within Georgia.

We advise against purchasing Dyson products from one country for use in another. We don’t offer an international warranty, and it can make it extremely difficult for us to provide support in the event of a breakdown.
