This morning my $400 Dyson hairdryer stopped working. I believe the hairdryer overheated. I’ll admit, it's my own fault for not cleaning the filter.
I’m curious to hear from others who have had to make a decision whether to repair at a Dyson Repair Facility (costing nearly as much as a new one), buy a new Dyson or purchase a less expensive hair dryer? If you went with a Dyson Repair Facility, what was your experience?
I am concerned about the amount of garbage on our planet, and feel repair is the most ethical thing I could do. I just wish Dyson would establish a process to make it easier and more affordable.
