Request for a manager!

Hello,

I am writing to seek your guidance and advise on how to get my refund back.

On January 3rd, 2025, Dyson received my  return order number 1703716166 of a hair styling tool - Dyson Airstrait straightener I had purchased, as confirmed by their customer service and my tracking number. According to their return policy, refunds are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the item. However, despite following up multiple times, my refund has not been issued.

Here is a summary of the situation:

1. After 10 business days, I emailed Dyson to inquire about the status of my refund. I was asked to be patient but was not provided with a clear answer.

2. On day 14, I followed up again. Unfortunately, the responses were generic, such as “we are here to help,” but still, no concrete information was provided.

3. I called customer service several times, and while case numbers were generated,( 44369455, 44338294) the responses remained vague, with no explanation for the delay or an estimated timeframe for resolution.

As of today, January 25th, 2025, it has been three full weeks since Dyson received the returned product. The refund amount of $629.99 (including GST) has not been processed, nor have I been given any valid reason for the delay.

This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing, as Dyson has not adhered to their stated return policy, nor have they provided any meaningful communication or resolution. I am now concerned that my issue is not being taken seriously, and I require assistance in recovering the amount I paid for the product.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with filing a formal complaint to resolve this matter.
