Hi all - my Corrale stopped charging and holding charge. I was told to ship it back and after they received it, it would take 18 business days to send me a new one. 4 WEEKS? for a straightener? For a company that charges its customers multiple times the competitor and touts its customer service, this is an incredibly shocking policy. I offered to go to a store, I offered to let them charge me if I failed to return my device, nothing.
If anyone has any advice, that would be incredibly helpful.
