18 business days to replace a straightener?

Hi all - my Corrale stopped charging and holding charge. I was told to ship it back and after they received it, it would take 18 business days to send me a new one. 4 WEEKS? for a straightener? For a company that charges its customers multiple times the competitor and touts its customer service, this is an incredibly shocking policy. I offered to go to a store, I offered to let them charge me if I failed to return my device, nothing. 

 

If anyone has any advice, that would be incredibly helpful.

Me again - I’m frankly flabbergasted that a company of this size that projects such luxury has such an inane exchange policy. They tout that they will always help you figure out your device...that is simply not the case. After chatting with multiple different people, we are at the same resolution.

 

Dyson - please please work on your customer service policies
