I purchased this “luxury” device for my wife about a year ago. It has failed every 6 months and require returning to Dyson. This time however we had an exchange instead of a repair.
When the exhange happened they told us to send everything back, and in exchange we got just the machine, none of the attachments that were included in our premium product. I have now been stuck on repeat loop of compain/hope to get a call back/no call back/complain for the past 3 weeks. Nothing has been done. Finally after my 4th call I was told they will send the attachments, but they are not in stock, and I’ll need to call back when they are to order them.
Horrible service. We’ve had to go out and buy shark variant of this machine because in all this time my wife hasn’t had her “luxury hair style” that I forked out nearly £500 in the hope it’d be something special for her.
Actually while I’m here...the airwrap itself was pretty average too...styles rarely held for very long and it was cumbersome to use.
