I paid £400 for these straighteners directly from Dyson, and they will not hold their charge. They stop working half way through doing your hair, then make a noise and switch themselves off. My guarantee has expired, but I have read that they are not fixable, so I feel completely ripped off and let down, and it seems that there only chat bots to talk to about it. Does anybody have any tips to fix them? I saw that someone had posted something on Tik tok regarding a device to fix them, but I don’t have a Tik Tok account and neither do I want one.
