And I have clean the filter ball by water directly , and it’s not easy to dry and have a little bad smell,
If I can’t wash the filter by water , how can I clean it ?

Under no uncertain circumstances should you submerge or clean a part of the machine, other than the filter and/or clear bin with water. The majority of the machine contains electrical components, which if wet, will cause a hazard.
The poor smell may be traced to the filter. Refer to this article - Keeping your vacuum performing at its best | Dyson Community for instructions on cleaning and washing the filter.

This might be of interest: I don’t think there’s a filter to wash in the Cinetic range.
