My new V12 that I’ve used 2x isn’t able to charge the battery and somehow it is completely dead. I have a click in, not screw in, battery. I’m not using the docking station and plugging directly into the battery attached to the motor. The blue LED lights on the sides of the battery don’t flash. The outlet I’m using is good. Thoughts?

If there isn’t an issue with the plug, and there’s no lights on the battery, I’d think either the battery or the charger is faulty. Dyson offer a 2-year warranty, so they should replace these free of charge 😃.
