Hi. The red catch clip on the wand of the Dyson popped off, i put it back in but incorrectly. Is there an easy way to get the clip out? We can’t detach the wand from the cylinder

It sounds like the part of the wand itself may be damaged. I’d recommend you have that part replaced or repaired.
I’d check with support to see if a new wand is available, then possibly use force if needed to get the damaged wand out.
